Electrical split phase damping structure for electrified railway

2012
The utility model discloses an electrical split phase damping structure for an electrified railway. The electrical split phase damping structure for the electrified railway is characterized in that one resistor assembly R is connected between a neutral contact net and a grounded track in parallel, electrical elements relative to a split phase train, the neutral contact net and equivalence elements of grounding distribution parameters of contact nets which are connected with two ends of the neutral contact net form a loop, possible resonance is damped, and overvoltage is restrained. The electrical split phase damping structure for the electrified railway is suitable for various methods such as manual-operated over split phase, vehicle-mounted automatic over split phase and grounding automatic over split phase, effectively removes over split phase transient state processes and adverse effects on a tractive power supply system and vehicle-mounted equipment caused by the over split transient state processes, and improves the reliability and safety of power distribution. The resistor assembly R can also be used as an afterflow resistor of an automatic over split phase device of a grounded electronic power switch, and thus the valid conduction of the electronic power switch is guaranteed. Further, the electrical split phase damping structure for the electrified railway is simple in structure, small in investment, and convenient to implement.
