Carbon fiber composite material laminated board porosity nondestructive examination test specimen selection method

2015
The invention relates to a carbon fiber composite material laminated board porosity nondestructive examination test specimen selection method, which solves the problems that in the prior art, porosity test specimens with uniform pore distribution are difficult to manufacture, so that test blocks with uniform pores cannot be provided for the composite material laminated board porosity detection and test study. According to the method provided by the invention, an ultrasonic inspection method is used for performing C scanning imaging detection on test specimens; the C scanning image color change is used as the basis; regions with little sound wave amplitude change and uniform distribution are selected for marking; then, parts on the test specimens corresponding to the regions are cut to be used as the porosity detection test blocks. The technical scheme provided by the invention has the advantages that 1, the uniform pore distribution of the selected porosity test specimens is ensured; 2, the accuracy of the porosity test specimen cut parts is ensured; 3, the errors when a metallographic method is used for measuring the porosity are reduced; 4, the better corresponding relationship between the area porosity of the metallographic method measurement and the volume porosity of the ultrasonic inspection measurement is ensured.
