In article results of the retrospective analysis of evolution of the decision of a problem of maintenance of food safety of the various countries of the world are reflected. On the basis of the established international norms of consumption of a foodstuff level of independence of the developed countries of the world and Russia from import of the foodstuffs and raw materials for its manufacture is estimated.
