DISEÑO DE COMPARTIMENTO VÉRSATIL DE TEMPERATURA CONTROLADA PARA REFRIGERADOR (CONTROLLED TEMPERATURE VERSATILE COMPARTMENT DESIGN FOR REFRIGERATOR)

Resumen Este trabajo se realizo con el proposito de reportar mediciones experimentales realizadas en el desarrollo de un compartimento para refrigerador, el cual debera trabajar a diferentes temperaturas para almacenar alimentos preestablecidos. Se utiliza un modelo que requiere de resultados experimentales para estimar temperaturas internas del compartimento. Utilizando prototipos sencillos y modelado CAD se comparan con pruebas experimentales. El prototipo proporciona una alimentacion independiente al compartimento y sigue enfriando el refrigerador (tambien llamado Fresh Food o FF) a partir de la caida de aire del congelador (tambien llamado Freezer o FZ). Los resultados muestran que es posible tener un compartimento capaz de almacenar alimentos sensibles a la temperatura, en un rango de -1 °C a 4 °C e incluso a menores. Abstract This work was carried out with the purpose of informing the experimental measurements made in the development of a refrigerator compartment, which should work at different temperatures for pre-established foods. A model that requires experimental results is used to estimate internal compartment temperatures. Using simple prototypes and CAD modeling they are compared with experimental tests. The prototype provides separate power to the compartment and continues to cool the refrigerator (also called Fresh Food or FF) from the freezer air drop (also called Freezer or FZ). The results indicated it is possible to have a compartment capable of storing food sensitive to temperature, in a range of -1 ° C to 4 ° C and even lower. Keywords : compartment, freezer, fresh food.
