방사면역측정법에 의한 유리티록신 (Free T4 ) 의 정상범위

1993
Majority of thyroid hormone exists as bound from in blood. Only 0.02% of thyroxin(T4) and 0.3% of triiodothyronine(T3) exists as free form in circulation. Free T4 is active component of T4 in blood and it is important to measure it for the diagnosis of thyroid function. Normal 164 samples were selected randomly from 2,207 medical examination serum. Free T4 level in each sample was determined by onestep RIA and two-step RIA. Statistical results were obtained from the results using computer. Normal range was determined by mean± 2SD in each group after rejecting mean± 3SD. The results were : 1) Normal range in two-step RIA and onestep RIA was 0.93 ~ 2.13ng/dl and 0.73 ~ 1.89 ng/dl, respectively. 2) No significant differences were found between different condition RIAs. 3) Dilution test showed linearity. 4) Recovery test showed 83.4% ~ 1 00%.
