Degradable non-woven composite plant-made material used for soilless culture

2015
A degradable non-woven composite plant-made material used for soilless culture comprises three layers of non-woven fabrics, the bottom layer is a thick non-woven filter material, the intermediate layer is a three-dimensional heterotype net-like non-woven fabric, and the surface layer is a thin degradable non-woven fabric. The non-woven composite plant-made material is completely made from biodegradable fibers, a three-dimensional structure having different intervals, different patterns and different heights can be developed according to requirement during plant growth and beautifying requirements, and the non-woven composite plant-made material is beautiful, practical and economic. The surface and intermediate layers of non-woven fabrics can be naturally degrade into nutrient matrixes after germination, while the bottom layer of non-woven fabric needs recycling or degrading.
