Development and Application of Temporal Geographic Information System Controls

In this paper the origin and development of temporal geographic information system was introduced,and the concept,functions and various models of temporal GIS was also analyzed.How to achieve transforming GIS to temporal GIS was introduced,and through examples show the application of temporal GIS.
