The present work responds to the investigation project that is developed in the University of Camaguey related with the educational inclusion. In the current society it is a challenge the extension from the educational inclusion to the community context. It constitutes objective of the present to propose, from a pedagogic conception, the design of the process of socio educational inclusion of children, adolescents and youths with special educational necessities (SEN) in the community. Different investigation methods were used among those that stand out the theoretical systematizing and the interview like empiric method. The essential results rest in the foundation of a pedagogic conception that responds to several essential principles and that has among their merits to facilitate the preparation of the different educational agents from the three proposed phases so that they face the process of socio educational inclusion in the community.
