Interpretation of IEC 61400-12-1 Update

Based on IEC 61400-12-1, IEC 61400-12-1:2005 and IEC 61400-12-1:2017 are compared, and the updates of the new edition of the standard are discussed and interpreted, aiming to provide a theoretical basis for subsequent power performance measurements.
