The invention provides a method for preparing high-resilience flame-retardant polymer polyol. The flame-retardant polymer polyol product is obtained by preparation processes of selecting and matching of a flame retardant and polymerization reaction. The polymer polyol prepared by the method provided by the invention is low in cost and viscosity, a product prepared from the polymer polyol has a flame resistance, low smoke emission, no generation of toxic gases during burning and no reduction in the physical properties of the product. The method is suitable for preparing high-resilience flame-retardant polymer polyol.
