The invention discloses a workflow and a device of an inkjet glazing machine. The device comprises an ink supply and control system, an ink supply device, stirring devices, inkjet devices and a cleaning device, wherein the positive pressure or negative pressure of the ink supply and control system is controlled by virtue of an air pump in a high-precision manner to control the inkjet amount of the ink supply device; the electromagnetic stirring is adopted in the stirring devices; one of two groups of the inkjet devices is a high-frequency electromagnetic valve control inkjet spray head and the other group of the inkjet device is an ordinary spray head; the cleaning device is used for flexibly cleaning the spray heads of the inkjet machine on a plate; each of the high-frequency electromagnetic valve control inkjet spray head and the ordinary spray head is connected with one stirring device and the inkjet devices are connected with the cleaning device.
