PENGARUH KEMAMPUAN GURU DAN PENGUASAAN TEKNOLOGI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SEKOLAH DASAR DI KECAMATAN BACUKIKI BARAT KOTA PARE – PARE

This study aims to determine and analyze: The Effect of Teacher Ability and Mastery of Technology on the Performance of Elementary School Teachers in West Bacukiki District, Pare - Pare City. This research approach uses survey research. The research was conducted at elementary schools in West Bacukiki District, Pare City - Pare. When the research was conducted starting in August 2020. The study population was 311 elementary schools teaching in West Bacukiki District, Pare-Pare City, spread over 26 elementary schools. The sample selection in this study was carried out using the Solvin method at a tolerance level of 10 percent and obtained a sample of 76 teachers. The results showed that: 1) There was a positive and significant influence on the ability of teachers individually (partially) on the performance of elementary school teachers in West Bacukiki District, Pare City, Pare, with tcount = 2,221> t table = 1.99. 2) There is a positive and significant effect of mastery of technology individually (partially) on the performance of elementary school teachers in West Bacukiki District, Pare - Pare City, with tcount = 8,037> t table = 1.99. There is a joint (simultaneous) influence on the ability of teachers and mastery of technology on the performance of elementary school teachers in West Bacukiki District, Pare - Pare City, where Fcount = 114.897> Ftable = 2.73. Based on the research results, the coefficient of determination (R2) was 0.759 or (75.9%). This shows that 75.9% of teacher performance is influenced by teacher ability and mastery of technology. Meanwhile, 24.1% was influenced by other variables not included in this research model.   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: Pengaruh Kemampuan Guru dan Penguasaan Teknologi Terhadap Kinerja Guru Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Bacukiki Barat Kota Pare – Pare. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian survey. Penelitian dilakukan pada Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Bacukiki Barat Kota Pare – Pare. Waktu penelitian dilakukan mulai bulan Agustus 2020. Populasi penelitian adalah SD yang mengajar di Kecamatan Bacukiki Barat Kota Pare - Pare  sebanyak 311 orang yang tersebar pada 26 SD. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Solvin pada tingkat toleransi 10 persen dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 76 orang guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kemampuan guru secara sendiri-sendiri (parsial) terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Bacukiki Barat Kota Pare – Pare, dengan thitung= 2,221 > ttabel = 1,99. 2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan penguasaan teknologi secara sendiri-sendiri (parsial) terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Bacukiki Barat Kota Pare – Pare, dengan thitung = 8,037 > ttabel = 1,99. Terdapat pengaruh secara bersama-sama (simultan) kemampuan guru dan penguasaan teknologi terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Bacukiki Barat Kota Pare – Pare, dimana Fhitung =  114,897 > Ftabel = 2,73. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,759 atau (75,9%). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa 75,9% kinerja guru dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan guru dan penguasaan teknologi. Sedangkan 24,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model penelitian ini.
