The Math Model for Reform Proposals of the Pension System of Retired Workers

In view of the enterprise retiree pension system,using Logistic Model about year average income,the actuarial model of pension substitute rate with different contributing years to employees is derived.Moreover,using this model analyze the enterprise all ages wage data of 2009 to calculate pension replacement rate and gap value with different contributing years to employees,Shandong province 1978-2010 certain enterprise worker year average income is taken.
