The active and passive combination containment heat removal system can always provide an efficient cooling means for the water tank after a passive system is put into operation in order to maintain the temperature of the water tank at a low level, so the active and passive combination containment heat removal system can obtain high natural circulation ability and heat removal power, and the long-term effective cooling and the pressure reduction of the containment are realized.
