The invention discloses an auxiliary photoelectric negative electrode of a transmission-type electric field. A layer of indium tin oxide (ITO) film is pre-evaporated on an input optical window and serves as a lower surface electrode of a negative electrode substrate and an electrode lead-out part; moreover, an upper surface electrode of the negative electrode substrate is connected with a second metal electrode on the input optical window in a metal wire connection manner, so that an upper electrode lead-out part and a lower electrode lead-out part of the negative electrode substrate are manufactured on the same input optical window, and the difficulty in manufacturing the upper electrode lead-out part and the lower electrode lead-out part of the auxiliary photoelectric negative electrode of the electric field is greatly reduced; after a photoelectric negative electrode component is packaged with a tube-and-shell component through tin, a metal electrode contact ring in the tube-and-shell component is conducted with the upper electrode lead-out part of the negative electrode substrate, so that an electric field auxiliary working mode of the photoelectric negative electrode can be conveniently realized by externally adding bias voltage; and therefore, the optical detection quantum efficiency of the photoelectric negative electrode can be improved, and the wavelength detection range of the photoelectric negative electrode is expanded.
