The factors affecting the academic achievement of undergraduate students include intelligence and non-intelligence factors.The personality trait of non-intelligence factors is the second most important factor after intelligence factors.The conscientiousness,emotion stability,self-oriented perfectionism,intrinsically-motivated and self-regulated learning strategies are positively related to the academic achievement,while the neuroticism,socially-prescribed and self-critical perfectionisms,extrinsically-motivated learning are negatively related to the academic achievement.
