L'integrazione con vanadio delle razioni per il tacchino da carne
2003
The Authors refer the results of a research about the use of vanadium as an integrator of turkey feeding. Added to rations at the doses of 4 and 8 p.p.m. from 1 to 150 d of age, vanadium has improved the weight gain (resp. 7,00% and 10,00%), the feed utilization (resp. 7,00% and 13,00%), the dressing percentage (resp. 5,00% and 9,00%), the meat yield (resp. 10,00% and 18,00%), the meat digestibility (resp. 4,00% and 6,50% of digestible protein after in vitro pepsinic digestion) and tenderness (resp. - 24,00% and - 39,00% of connective tissue after in vitro tripsinic digestion). At the lower level (2 p.p.m.) vanadium doesn't meet the requirements. Regardless to the dose vanadium has not shown positive or negative effects on the health status.
