Генетические аспекты диабетической нефропатии у больных сахарным диабетом 2-го типа

The aim of the present study was to determine the association of I/D polymorphism ACE gene, М234Т AGT gene, Т-786С NOS3 gene , Lys198Asp EDN 1 gene with diabetic nephropathy. 92 patients with Diabetes Mellitus type 2 were examined. The patients were subdivided into two groups: nephropathic (n=40, diabetes duration < 10 years) and normoalbuminuric patients (n=52, diabetes duration more 15 years). Genotyping was done by PCR-based assays. Conclusion: D allele and DD genotype of ACE gene and C allele and CC genotype of NOS3 gene are associated with diabetic nephropathy in patients with Diabetes Mellitus type 2.
