Quality standard of Chaibaifule granules

Objective To establish a method for quality control of Chaibaifule granules.Methods Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Bupleuri,Herba Patriniae and Hirudo in Chaibaifule granules were identified by thin-layer chromatography.The Paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC.The codition of HPLC was Phenomenex C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)column,methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid(14:86)as the mobile phase and detective wavelength at UV 230 nm.Results The chromatographic spots were clear,without interference and easy to recognize.The calibraction curve was linear within 260～1300 ng of paeoniflorin.The average recovery and RSD of Paeoniflorin were 97.52%and 1.17%,respectively.Conclusion The method can be adopted for the quality control of Chaibaifule granules and the determination method of Peaoniflorin is simple,rapid and accurate.
