We present a case of infective endocarditis presenting as endogenousendophthalmitis and a ruptured mycotic aneurysm. This case illustrates both the complexity ofinfective endocarditis as a disease process and the more subtle diagnostic criteria as outlined by theModified Duke Criteria.
