Pyeloileocystostomy for ureteral necrosis in pediatric renal transplant recipient

Abstract A pediatric renal transplant patient who had ureteral necrosis treated initially by nephrostomy followed by a subsequent pyeloileocystostomy is reported. This unusual approach to a renal transplant complication is recommended, but only when other methods cannot be utilized.
