Super light polymer foamed concrete and preparation method thereof

The purpose of the invention is to provide super light polymer foamed concrete and a preparation method thereof. The requirements of the super light polymer foamed concrete of the present invention are the same as the requirements of the traditional foamed concrete, wherein the foaming agent and the auxiliary materials in the concrete are essential to the quality of the foamed concrete. According to the present invention, the foaming agent and the cement slurry are adopted, and the treatments of mixing and casting are performed to prepare the foamed concrete, wherein the main component in the formula of the foaming agent is hydrogen peroxide; the cement is subjected to hydration so as to release the heat, the hydrogen peroxide in the mixture generates a large amount of gas, and a foam stabilizer agent sodium stearate is supplemented to obtain the super light foamed concrete; the raw materials further comprise an auxiliary material polyvinyl alcohol, such that the unit weight of the concrete of the present invention can be significantly improved; meanwhile, the use amount of lithium carbonate in the raw materials is adjusted, such that the coagulation and the hardening of the concrete can be controlled according to the different use environments.
