Built-in cold-wall shift reactor of heat exchanger

2009
The utility model discloses a built-in cold-wall shift reactor of a heat exchanger. A bearing shell is internally provided with a heat exchange component and an outlet central tube; the cold feed gas exchanges heat with the reacted hot shift gas through the heat exchange component and then enters a catalyst bed layer for heat-insulation shift reaction, and finally the hot shift gas after heat-insulation reaction is sent out through the outlet central tube. The utility model changes the gas-to-gas heat exchanger in the traditional process flow into an internal member of the reactor, and one bearing equipment shell of the heat exchanger is reduced according to the differential pressure; the design temperature of the reactor shell is reduced, the wall thickness is reduced, and the operating safety and reliability of the reactor are improved; and external connecting pipelines and the floor space are reduced, the leakage sources and failure points are eliminated, and the investment is lowered.
