A multifunctional circulating water treatment device comprises a shell, a filtering device and a drainage device and also comprises a potential energy device; wherein a water inlet and a water outlet are respectively opened on the side wall of the upper and lower parts of the shell, a filtering device is arranged on the upper part in the shell to divide the interior space of the shell to an upperwater chamber and a lower water chamber, the upper water chamber is communicated with the water inlet, and the lower water chamber is communicated with the water outlet; the drainage device is connected with the filtering device and communicated with the upper water chamber; the water inlet is connected with a water inlet pipe, the water inlet part of the water inlet pipe is provided with the potential energy device, the potential energy device comprises an intake-pipe and a flow-increasing plate vertically arranged in the water inlet pipe, a gap is kept between the two sides of the flow-increasing plate and the wall of the water inlet pipe for inlet water pressurization, the wall of the intake-pipe arranged in the water inlet pipe is opened with a gas outlet port, the gas outlet port is back on the running water, one board of the flow-increasing plate faces the running water, and the other board is connected on the outer wall of the pipe corresponding to the gas outlet port on the intake-pipe. The potential energy device greatly saves energy consumption while realizing favorable waterbody dissolved oxygen effect.
