The invention relates to a position adjuster for a laser welding head, which comprises an arc-shaped plate. An arc-shaped gear ring is arranged at the outer edge of the arc-shaped plate, an arc-shaped guide rail is mounted on a sector face of the arc-shaped plate, normal sliding tables are mounted on the arc-shaped plate through sliders, gears are arranged on the normal sliding tables and are meshed with the arc-shaped gear ring of the outer edge of the arc-shaped plate, manually rotating the gears can lead the normal sliding tables to angularly rotate along the arc-shaped guide rail and relative to the circle center of the arc-shaped plate, and the normal sliding tables can move along the normal direction of the arc-shaped plate by normal servo motors driving ball screws and a linear guide rail moving mechanism. By the aid of the position adjuster, real-time micro adjustment of the laser welding head in position during welding can be realized, so that high-precision and real-time tracking of a welding line at a high welding speed is realized.
