THE CLINICOEPIDEMIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF RESULTS OF REVEALING OF ANTIBODIES TO VARIOUS SPECIES RICKETTSIAE IN PATIENTS WITH SUSPICION TO TICK-BORNE NEUROINFECTION IN NORTHERN AREAS OF OMSK REGION

2009
Summary. For the fi rst time the data, testifying that in northern areas of Omsk region, are circulated, as a minimum, 2 antigenic variants of rickettsiae, causing in human population the sharp feverish diseases, are submitted. Th ese agents, one of which has antigenic similarity with R. sibirica subsp . BJ-90, and the second — with R. sibirica subsp. sibirica , practically do not cause cross serologic reactions. Diseases are proceeding with development the general infectious syndrome of a various degree, as a rule without a skin rash, in some cases — with occurrence of local skin reactions. Firstly on observed territory existence of the connected natural foci of fi ve tick-borne transmissible diseases is established: human tick-borne encephalitis, borreliosis, monocytic ehrlichiosis, granulocytic anaplasmosis and ricketsiosis. For the fi rst time, due to application enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for detection of antibodies to rickettsia, it was possible to understand in 90 % of cases aetiology of feverish diseases in human population contacting with ticks.
