Management of Complicated Glaucoma

Introduction Management of complicated glaucomas is a real challenge. Complicated or secondary glaucoma refers to any form of glaucoma in which there is an identifiable cause such as ocular or systemic disorders. It shows a poor IOP control with ocular hypotensive agents and/or filtering surgery in its late stages. This article is a compilation of three different case scenarios which confer challenging situations in our day today practice. Post penetrating keratoplasty glaucoma and Neovascular glaucoma are severe form of glaucoma with devastating visual outcome if not intervened properly. The third case highlights the common problem after trabeculectomy surgery; i.e. the management of a failing bleb. The four experts from different parts of world share their own experiences and management options.
