How best to assemble the best group? 1) The group needs to be larger than it is currently and include people who have been part of this committee and on the Planning Board. 2) Invite members of the community to take part. 3) Invite people from Unity College to attend. 4) Reach out to past members from the Comprehensive Plan Committee. 5) Look for people with specific skill sets. 6) Draw up a self-assessment checklist to potential members to fill out. 7) Focused recruitment.
