Method and equipment for updating optical transmitter and receiver

The invention discloses a method and equipment for updating an optical transmitter and receiver. The method comprises the steps that a photovoltaic conversion unit receives an updating process optical signal sent by a remote terminal, the updating process of the optical signal is converted into an updating program of an electrical signal, the updating program of the electrical signal is transmitted to an FPGA; the FPGA receives the updating program from the photovoltaic conversion unit, and the updating program is written into a flash memory through an interface between the FPGA and the flash memory; the photovoltaic conversion unit receives a push accomplishment instruction optical signal from the remote terminal, and the push accomplishment instruction optical signal is converted into the push accomplishment instruction of the electrical signal and is transmitted to the FPGA; the FPGA receives the push accomplishment instruction from the photovoltaic conversion unit, a guide head file in the flash memory is read, and an updating program address is acquired from the guide head file; the FPGA reads an updating program from the flash memory from the acquired updating program address, and the updating program is loaded. According to the scheme, updating of the optical transmitter and receiver without a processor can be achieved.
