The Business Case of Cooperative Systems for Road Operators

This paper provides a set of tools and instruments for public authorities to keep the risks involved with the deployment of cooperative systems manageable. This paper will show an example of the use of two of these tools for road operators where a viable business case will be shown as well as an insight in the management of risks involved with deployment.
