The invention relates to a northern greenhouse vegetable production system based on comprehensive utilization of biogas residue, biogas slurry and biogas, and aims to solve the problem that utilizing rate of the biogas residue, the biogas slurry and the biogas is low, time and force are consumed, and procedures are complicated by the existing method. The northern greenhouse vegetable production system comprises a greenhouse, a modular biogas production system and a vegetable planting system. The modular biogas production system is arranged on the ground in the greenhouse and comprises a biogas generating unit, a temperature increasing and maintaining unit, a biogas residue and biogas slurry separating unit and a biogas delivering unit, and the vegetable planting system is located inside the greenhouse. The northern greenhouse vegetable production system is simple in assembling and disassembling, convenient to transport, small in occupied area, good in temperature increasing and maintaining effect and high in biogas generating efficiency, and utilizing rate of the biogas residue, the biogas slurry and the biogas reaches 100%, and the northern greenhouse vegetable production system can be applied to northern greenhouse vegetable planting.
