The invention relates to an arranging and boxing device, in particular to a device for arranging messy cylindrical/tubular materials to be consistent in a basic direction, belonging to the technical field of machinery. The arranging and boxing device provided by the invention is characterized in that an arranging mechanism and a press plate of a boxing mechanism are matched to finish the arrangement of a group of products in each direction after the group (plurality) of products to be boxed are conveyed by a belt A1 or sorted by a mechanism to the arranging mechanism of an arranging and boxing mechanism, so that the effect of order and closely arrangement is achieved, and a boxing device grabs and boxes the group of products once. The arranging and boxing device provided by the invention has the advantages of lower requirement on arrangement state of products to be boxed, better suitability to various types of products, such as cylindrical/tubular products, flexibly packaged products,box type packaged products and the like, large one-step boxing quantity and high boxing efficiency, thus the production efficiency of a whole automatic production line is improved and the construction cost is low.
