The invention relates to a bone tumor prosthesis for firmly connecting a tendon and a making method thereof. The bone tumor prosthesis for firmly connecting a tendon belongs to the technical field of medical apparatus and instruments in the department of orthopaedics and is used for firmly connecting a tendon after the excision of a bone tumor. The technical scheme of the bone tumor prosthesis for firmly connecting a tendon is that: the tendon connecting position of the prosthesis is provided with a plug-in unit slot, the plug-in unit is a cuboid, the cuboid shape of the plug-in unit matches with the plug-in unit slot of the prosthesis, the plug-in unit is provided with micro holes in which tendons can grow, multiple micro holes are distributed uniformly along the surface of the plug-in unit, the plug-in unit is fixed in the plug-in unit slot of the prosthesis by a bolt, the plug-in unit is internally provided with a U-shaped pinhole for fixing the tendon, and two U-shaped ends of the pinhole are provided with openings in the surface of the plug-in unit. The prosthesis and the plug-in unit are respectively made by a 3D printing technology which realizes multiple micro hole structures that are difficult to be completed by a conventional technology. The bone tumor prosthesis is invented for the first time in the department of orthopaedics, the tendon fibers can grow into the micro holes in the plug-in unit to form a firm connection, the stability of a prosthesis joint and the strength of joint motion are improved obviously, the limb salvage success rate is enhanced, and a new way is opened up for the development of prosthesis treatment in the department of orthopaedics.
