Probe for monitoring sacrificial anode current output and manufacturing method thereof

The invention relates to a sacrifice anode generated current monitoring probe and a preparation method thereof. The probe comprises the following components: a sacrifice anode supporting leg (1), a Hall sensor component, a watertight cable (5), a filler material (6), an insulating packaging shell (7) and a magnetic shielding outer protective cover (8); the Hall sensor component consists of a Hallsensor (2), a guide magnetic ring (3) and a Hall sensor circuit (4); the guide magnetic ring is arranged on the sacrifice anode supporting leg; the Hall sensor is arranged in an opening of the guide magnetic ring; the Hall sensor circuit is electrically connected with the Hall sensor; the Hall sensor component is packaged in the insulating packaging shell; the insulating packaging shell is arranged on the sacrifice anode supporting leg; the magnetic shielding outer protective cover is wrapped outside the insulating packaging shell; one end of the watertight cable is electrically connected withthe Hall sensor circuit, and the other end extends outside the magnetic shielding outer cover; apart from the Hall sensor component, a sealing cavity is filled with the filler material. The probe measures the current generated by the sacrifice anode in a non-intrusive way, and even if the probe fails to work, the normal work of the sacrifice anode is not affected.
