The invention provides an energy-saving intelligent control system for an air-conditioned room, which mainly comprises a primary controller, an infrared receiver module, a man-machine interface, an indoor temperature sensor, an infrared remote controller transmitting tube, a window opening control motor device, an electric fan, other electric appliances and an air conditioner unit, wherein the infrared receiver module, the man-machine interface, the indoor temperature sensor, the infrared remote controller transmitting tube, the window opening control motor device, the electric fan and the other electric appliances are connected with the primary controller in a wire or wireless way respectively, and the air conditioner unit is connected with an infrared transmitting tube. Remote control is realized through the infrared receiving function of a central air conditioner unit and the automatic opening and closing of a window are realized by the window opening control motor device under the control of the primary controller. The system has the advantages that the automatic control of the air conditioner and a power-saving effect are achieved without changing the circuit and internal structure of the air conditioner, and energy-saving intelligent control systems can be made for air conditioners of all specifications by learning the remote control instructions of the corresponding air conditioners in advance.
