Multisource energy storage system and energy management and control method

The invention relates to a multisource energy storage system which comprises a first energy storage system, a second energy storage system, a second direct current-direct current converter and a controller. The first energy storage system is selectively coupled to an electrical load. The second direct current-direct current converter and the controller are selectively coupled between the second energy storage system and at least one of the first energy storage system and the electrical load. The controller is arranged to control the first energy storage system, the second energy storage system and the second direct current-direct current converter to run in a pre-charging mode and a normal operation mode. In the pre-charging mode, the first energy storage system charges the second energy storage system through the second direct current-direct current converter. In the normal operation mode, the second energy storage system is coupled to the electrical load through the second direct current-direct current converter. The invention further relates to a method for supplying power to the electrical load through the multisource energy storage system.
