The invention provides an automation control system for removing magnetic foreign matter. The automation control system is used for removing the magnetic foreign matter in liquid materials conveyed from a feeding device, and conveying the liquid materials with the magnetic foreign matter removed into a material using device. The automation control system is characterized in that the automation control system is provided with at least two magnetic foreign matter removing devices, at least two feeding valves, at least two discharging valves and a control device; each feeding valve is arranged on a feeding unit of the corresponding magnetic foreign matter removing device; each discharging valve is arranged on a discharging unit of the corresponding magnetic foreign matter removing device; the control device is connected with the feeding valves and the discharging valves; and when absorption of a magnetic baffle assembly in at least one magnetic foreign matter removing device reaches a saturated state, the control device is used for controlling the feeding valve and the discharging valve of the other one of the magnetic foreign matter removing devices to be closed, and controlling the feeding valve and the discharging valve arranged on the other magnetic foreign matter removing device to be opened. The automation control system can make production be carried out smoothly, ensure the production progress and efficiency, and improve the magnetic foreign matter removing effect.
