The invention relates to a hinge, in particular to a torsional spring hinge with a force adjusting device capable of adjusting torsion of a torsional spring arranged inside. The technical scheme is that the torsional spring hinge with the force adjusting device is characterized in that the force adjusting device is arranged between a spring seat and a double-tube hinge tube body. The force adjusting device comprises a force adjusting disc and a locating pin, the force adjusting disc is arranged in the double-tube hinge tube body and fixedly connected with the double-tube hinge tube body in the circumferential direction, and the locating pin is placed in from an end opening of the double-tube hinge tube body and inserted between the spring seat and the force adjusting disc along the axial direction of the double-tube hinge tube body so as to achieve circumferential fixing of the spring seat and the force adjusting disc. Through the technical scheme, the torsional spring hinge solves the problems in the prior art, and the force adjusting mechanism of the hinge is integrally placed in the hinge, so that the appearance of the hinge is attractive and the structure is stable.
