Study on rapid propagation of Pyrethrum cinerariifolium Trev. by tissue culture.

The trial of explant disinfection through the Pyrethrum cinerariifolium Trev.tissue culture technology was carried out.The disinfection method was determined as 30s soaking in 75 % ethyl alcohol,again 10min puting in 0.1 % HgCl,2-3 times washing by the sterilized water.Through the orthogonal experiment and optimized screening,the suitable multiplication culture medium(MS+BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L and MS+BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L) for Pyrethrum cineraria folium Trey was established.Through increasing the different density growth hormone in the culture medium,the rooting medium as 1/2MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L for the Pyrethrum cineraria folium Trey was obtained.
