On Computational Acoustics and Some Applications

The present paper reviews the computational aspect of acoustics and discusses some examples applied to various problems. A vocal tract characteristic and a hyperthermia simulation are demonstrated for the field problem with complex boundary and nonhomogeneous medium. For coupled fluid-structural examples, the loudspeaker and microphone design is demonstrated.
