The invention discloses a manufacture method of a multi-core high-voltage cable terminal. The method comprises preparation before manufacture, installation of a separate finger sleeve, determination of a phase sequence, fixation of a copper joint, and installation of a cold shrink terminal. During the installation of the separate finger sleeve, an ethanol solution with a concentration of 95%-99.7% is used for cleaning and installing a core at the position of the separate finger sleeve; and a grounding wire employs a 23# EP rubber autohesion adhesive tape for thickening until the diameter of the thickened grounding wire is equal to the sleeve inner diameter of the separate finger sleeve so as to ensure sealing after hot shrinkage of the separate finger sleeve, and a hot air gun heats the separate finger sleeve from the middle to the two ends of the separate finger sleeve to enable the separate finger sleeve to exhaust air completely so as to be completely sealed with a cable. The advantages are as follows: the installation is simple, the electric field distribution of the cable terminal can be improved, and fewer faults are generated.
