The invention discloses a high-elasticity tuning fork terminal for an automobile electrical box. The tuning fork terminal comprises a tuning fork terminal body (1), and an elastic steel clamp is arranged on the upper portion of the tuning fork terminal body in a clamping mode. By the arrangement of the elastic steel clamp, the tuning fork terminal can be protected to be used normally in a high temperature environment, and therefore the risk of melting of the electrical box due to temperature rise is avoided. The elastic steel clamp increases the clamping force of the tuning fork terminal on a protector and a relay and improves the current carrying capacity. Compared with a common square-box-type socket, the plugging force is decreased by 50% or so. The tuning fork terminal is simple in structure and light in weight, and will not increase the cost of the automobile electrical box. The tuning fork terminal can be directly plugged into a wiring harness end, so that the path where a loop current flows through is short, the loop voltage drop is small, the temperature is low, the risk of melting of the electrical box due to an over-high temperature is further reduced, and accordingly potential safety hazards are eliminated.
