Uncertain transportation problems for transhipment permitted

In the paper, we first put forward an uncertain transportation model for transhipment permitted when the pessimistic value criterion is true. Secondly, balanced condition of an uncertain transportation model is presented. Lastly, we conduct the numerical experiments.
