Flexible expansion shaping device for curved parts

The invention discloses a flexible expansion shaping device for curved parts, which is a flexible processing device for shaping large-sized three-dimensional curved parts in an expanding way. The device mainly comprises a machine body framework, an expansion shaping platform, a pre-stretching and clamping mechanism and a reconfigurable multi-point die, wherein expansion shaping is implemented by pushing the reconfigurable multi-point die (7) positioned on an upward and downward movable platform (12) towards a pre-stretched plate upwards through a main thrust hydraulic cylinder (10); pre-stretching and edge pulling are implemented by driving stretching clamps (5) positioned on left-handed and right-handed screws (4) to move synchronously and oppositely in a way of synchronously driving front and back left-handed and right-handed lead screws (6) through a servo motor (1); and the stretching clamps (5) consist of odd-number clamps, and the clamping force is controlled through clamping hydraulic cylinders (8). The reconfigurable multi-point die and an uplifting expansion shaping device are integrated together, so that curved parts of multiple different geometrical shapes can be shaped by using one set of expansion shaping device, and the manufacturing cost is low.
