Eficacia de fungicidas "in vitro" sobre Septoria apiicola Speg.

Nine commercial fungicides: copper oxychloride, mancozeb, chlorothalonil, carbendazim, benomyl, kasugamycin, pyrifenox, fenpropimorph and polyoxin-b, were tested in vitro and the EC50 and ECioo determinated on the mycelium growth and germination of conidia of Septoria apiicola Speg. Sensitiviy of mycelium growth to carbendazim, benomyl, fenpropimorph, pyrifenox, kasugamycin and polyoxin-b were high; moderate to mancozeb and less sensitive to chlorothalonil and copper oxychloride. The EC5o of germination of conidia were less at 0,001 ppm except mancozeb, chlorothalonil and copper oxychloride were observated. The minimum concentration of inhibition of germination of conidia were higher at 10 ppm to fenpropimorph, benomil, pyrifenox, copper oxychloride and mancozeb.
