The invention discloses a high-adhesion alcohol ester solvent gravure ink composition suitable for a plurality of base materials. The high-adhesion alcohol ester solvent gravure ink composition comprises the following components by weight percent: 2-30% of ink binder, 5-30% of flake functional materials, 50-90% of solvent, 0-18% of dry regulator, 0.01-9% of adhesion promoter, and 0-10% of assistant, wherein the percent sum of the components is 100%; and the assistant is selected from more than one of a dispersing agent, a defoamer or a flatting agent. The high-adhesion alcohol ester solvent gravure ink composition is the solvent ink composition free of a phenyl acetone system; health and environmental safety are facilitated; lead-in of the adhesion promoter is also facilitated; the problem of binding strength of the solvent ink composition free of the phenyl acetone system on a plastic base material is solved; and meanwhile, the ink is suitable for a plurality of base materials, such as paper and plastics.
