Синтез и нейротропная активность 8-аминопроизводных конденсированных тиено[3,2-d]- и фуро[3,2-d]пиримидинов

Methods for the synthesis of new 8-amino derivatives of pyrano[4'',3'':4',5']pyrido[3',2':4,5]thieno(furo)[3,2- d ]pyrimidines have been elaborated. Condensed thieno[2,3- b ]pyridines have been prepared based on 3-chloro derivatives of pyrano[3,4- c ]pyridines. Cyclization of the latter compounds with formamide and subsequent chlorination led to the formation of 8-chlorothieno[3,2- d ]pyrimidines, which have been converted by interaction with various amines into the desired 8-amino derivatives. For comparative evaluation of the biological activity, the corresponding 8-amino derivatives of condensed furo[3,2- d ]pyrimidines have also been prepared. The study of neurotropic activity of the synthesized compounds showed that some of the derivatives of condensed thiophenes exhibited nootropic properties and their anticonvulsant activity was higher than that of the corresponding furan analogs.
