Risiko Akad Murabahah Serta Pengelolaan Risiko Akad Murabahah Pada BMT-UGT Sidogiri Cabang Wongsorejo, Kabupaten Banyuwangi (The Risk and Risk Management of Murabahah Contract at BMT-UGT Sidogiri Wongsorejo Branch in Banyuwangi)

This research aims to know the practice of murabahah financing and to know how BMT-UGT Sidogiri branch Wongsorejo manages the risk. This research was done at BMT-UGT Sidogiri branch Wongsorejo, one of syariah based cooperative based on syari’ah in Indonesia. The method used in this research was descriptive qualitative. The result of this research is that the financing practice based on buying and selling using murabahah contact at BMT-UGT Sidogiri branch Wongsorejo has been in accordance with the concept of syari’ah. BMT-UGT Sidogiri branch Wongsorejo has faced the risk related to payment system that is non-performing loan caused by pure risk from the members. In the case of risk management, BMTUGT Sidogiri branch Wongsorejo has applied risk management to minimize the risk possibility. The risk management implemented at BMT-UGT Sidogiri branch Wongsorejo is based on risk types.
