Method for ammoxidation of paraffin and its catalyst system

1989
PURPOSE: To obtain a compound economically by a method in which in a mixture of the particles of specified two catalysts contacted closely with each other and in reaction conditions, paraffin is ammoxidated, and the reaction is promoted. CONSTITUTION: A mixture of 3-5C paraffin (example: propane, isobutane, etc.), with NH 3 in a mole ratio of 2-16 in a mixture of molecular oxygen and as required an inactive gas diluent (example: N 2 , He, etc.), and in a gas phase is contacted with a mixture of the particles contacted closely with each other of a catalyst composition of formula I (L is K, etc.; M is Mo, etc.; T is Zn, etc.; a is 1-25; b is 1-50; l is 0-1; m is 0.1-20; t is 0-20; x depends on the oxidation condition of other elements, etc.), and formula II (D is alkali metal, etc.; E is Mo, etc.; F is p, etc.; G is CO, etc.; K is 0.1-12; 1 is 0.01-12; v is 0-0.5; d is 0-0.5; e is 1-10; f is 0-10; g is 0-12, etc.), to be ammoxidized to obtain α,β-unsaturated mononitrile.
