Nursing Discussion of 64 Layer of High Pressure Injector in Enhanced CT Scan

Objective To investigate the 64 layer of high pressure injector in enhanced CT scan,nursing staff how to correct operation apparatus and operation before and after how careful observation and nursing.Methods 3000 patients were using high pressure syringe injection liquid.Prior to irradiation patients understand history,history of allergy,fully prepared vessels,prevent adverse reactions.Careful observation and nursing after scanning.Results 23 cases of severe allergic reactions,of which 1 cases,mild to moderate reactions in 22 cases,no death case.Failed in 10 cases,2990 cases were successful,the success rate of 99.67%.Conclusion The correct application and nursing of high pressure injector is a 64 layer of CT enhancement scanning the key of success or failure,good nursing care can reduce or mitigate the adverse reactions in patients and the side effects of the drug.
